Why can't I access my Outwrite Pro features?
If you have upgraded to Outwrite Pro and do not appear to have access to our advanced features, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- Please make sure that you only have one Outwrite account, or, are using the account that you subscribed to. You may have accidentally signed up again using a different email address.
- If you have subscribed recently, please check that your payment was successful by visiting the billing section of your account settings. If it has not gone through, please ensure that all of your payment details are correct. In some cases you may need to confirm with your bank to complete the transaction.
